CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATIONS

Registration can be made after filling out the available form by clicking on the "Course Enrollment Form" link. When you register, an invoice will be emailed to you to proceed with the payment. Once your payment is received, an invoice will be sent to you by email with the confirmation of registration.

 

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION BY PARTICIPANTS
 

Participants enrolled in a course who are unable to attend the training may cancel the course provided that PTExpert receives a written notification at least two (2) working days before the scheduled course date. Any cancellation to a registration must be made in writing or by telephone. However, substitution of one participant by another can be made. For this purpose, the registration information for the substitute participant must accompany the replacement notice.

 

The following conditions apply to the cancellation of course registration. If notice of cancellation of registration is received :

• Five (5) working days or more before the date of the training course, a refund will be made with a 5%

• Less than five (5) working days before the date of the training course, no refund will be made

• If an unexpected event occurs, you may have another person to replace you at no additional charge

• After the date of the training course, no refund will be made

 

In order to help us process your refund claim, if applicable, in a timely manner, we ask you to provide the following information :

REPORT OR CANCELLATION OF COURSES

The confirmation of the course is made after having received a minimum number of registrations one (1) week before the expected date of the course. We encourage you to register before this deadline to avoid the cancellation of the course. Please note that all prices are subject to applicable taxes.

The organizers of PTExpert have the right to cancel the course which does not have a sufficient number of registrations. We invite you to call us to check the course confirmation before making travel and accommodation arrangements.

 

If a trainer is unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances, the PTExpert may replace it with another instructor of equivalent competence, depending on availability, or can postpone it at a later date. 

 

In the case of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded,
